Nils Lehnert

CEO, Co-Founder

Nils is our business lead. In his previous startup, he built customer success and key account teams that supported over 7,500 clients through custom automation tools. He studied Economics at Università Bocconi and Organizational Theory at Harvard University. Outside of work, Nils is passionate about Jiu Jitsu and actively competes 🥋

Robin Dehde

CPO, Co-Founder

Robin is our product lead. He brings extensive experience in AI applications—from computer vision to nlp—and has led teams at institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics, TerraLoupe, Vexcel and Motius. He holds a double degree in Physics from LMU and has a keen interest in the science behind education 🤓

Philipp Diller

CTO, Co-Founder

Philipp is our engineering lead. With a background in leading Engineering & DevOps teams at Motius, he specializes in technical scalability and cloud hosting. Philipp holds degrees in Technology and Management and in Information Systems from TU Munich. He’s also known as our mountain goat for his love of alpine climbing 🐐

Alex is our growth lead. Formerly the project owner and solution architect for AI and knowledge graphs at Motius, he holds a degree in Cognition & Intelligence from TU Munich. Alex is Munich chapter leader in the Customer Success Network and has build an online following of +7000. Find him on Basketball Courts around Munich 🏀

Front-End Engineer

Alican is our front-end leader. As an early engineer at Parloa, he led development at the enterprise conversational AI platform, focusing on the dialogue management and providing robust CX applications for enterprises such as Generali and SwissLife. Not only does he code faster than anyone we’ve seen, but he also finds inspiration in Berlin’s vibrant music scene. 🔊
