Ads with the practitioner from down the road in them

People book a treatment with a person, not with a brand. So at Gantke every practitioner gets ads with their own face — out of a production that only runs once.

Who Gantke is

The Gantke academy trains fascia practitioners in the Gantke® fascia treatment — a method awarded an innovation prize by the German Wellness Association.

What gets taught isn't only technique. Through the mentoring programme "Mission: PraxisErfolg" it's also about turning that skill into a visible, viable practice. Graduates appear in the practitioner directory.

If you work with your hands and want to turn that skill into your own practice: look at Gantke's introductory day before you commit to a training programme.

The starting point

The network consists of many individual practitioners, each with their own catchment area and landing page. Every one of them needs enquiries — but none has a marketing budget large enough to justify their own campaign production.

Central ads, on the other hand, have a credibility problem: for hands-on treatment people want to see who will be treating them. A stock photo from head office doesn't do that.

Why Gantke works with Kalasar

The problem can't be solved with more budget, only technically: localise the same campaign as many times as there are practitioners — image, location and ad copy included.

That is exactly what Kalasar's location logic is built for. Images get adapted per location to the practitioner there, instead of starting a separate production for each one.

What Kalasar took over

  1. 01

    One creative set, many practitioners

The imagery gets built once. Per location the person shown is adapted to the practitioner there — including the place name and the ad copy.

  2. 02

    Location targeting instead of broadcast

Each practitioner gets their own catchment, their own Meta page and their own ad set. Whatever is still missing locally is caught by the base campaign.

  3. 03

Enquiries onto the right landing page

Gantke runs a separate page per practitioner. Ads lead straight there — not to a general directory people have to search themselves.

  4. 04

    Checking formats before scaling them

What doesn't work in portrait doesn't get rolled out. That is exactly what the pilot is for: getting imagery and localisation right before it becomes dozens of locations.
