The customer who would rather build his own ads
Norman Wiehe didn't want an agency deciding for him. He wanted access. Today he creates new ad variants in minutes — and we supply the system underneath.

Who Norman Wiehe is
Norman Wiehe is an author and nutrition coach. He works with people who want to change how they eat for good — not with the next diet that lasts three weeks.

If you've tried everything and still end up back where you started: look at how Norman Wiehe works.
normanwiehe.deThe starting point
For a solo business the market for advertising services is a minefield. Norman's experience: plenty of promises, little substance — including agencies that contractually bar criticism.
Once you've been through that, you don't want the next agency. You want to see what's happening and be able to intervene yourself.
[PLACEHOLDER: what was the concrete trigger in June 2026?]
Why Kalasar
Kalasar isn't a service provider standing between the customer and the ad account — it's a tool the customer operates. For Norman, that was the point.
He uses it accordingly hard, with his own routes through the app that beat the intended flow. Part of our product development comes out of that feedback.
[PLACEHOLDER: which alternatives were compared, and what decided it?]
What Kalasar took over
01
One styleguide per audience
Instead of one look for everything, each audience gets its own styleguide. The imagery then matches the group being addressed rather than the average of all of them.
02
Variants in minutes instead of rounds
New ad variants get made on the spot, without a brief, a wait and a correction loop. That changes how often testing happens at all.
03
The customer keeps the controls
What runs, what pauses, what scales: Norman decides that himself. We supply production, structure and support when he asks for it.
04
Support that helps with the build
During onboarding the styleguide and first campaign were built together. After that help comes on demand — not as a monthly retainer ritual.
The result
[PLACEHOLDER: no approved relative result figures exist for this account. Norman describes the effect himself in the quote below.]

The opposite of agency scam.“
There's an enormous amount of scam in this market — I've even had to sign non-disparagement agreements with agencies so I couldn't leave a negative review. Kalasar is the opposite of that: I'm at the wheel and build new ad variants in minutes, and they all perform really well.
