How Alva Energie reaches a B2B audience where nobody expects it
Owners of commercial and industrial roof space are not a classic Instagram audience. That is exactly where Alva Energie meets them today — with video ads that tell the solar decision in 30 seconds.

Who Alva Energie is
Alva Energie is a 360° partner for solar projects: planning, construction, financing and operation from one source. For owners that means no capital outlay, no permit paperwork, no utility obligations — and still revenue from their own roof.
Four operating models cover every situation: roof lease, plant lease, supply chain and PPA. Alva is an official Solarcity partner in Berlin and works across Germany.
If you own commercial, industrial or apartment-building roof space and have been putting off solar for years: let Alva Energie work out what your roof is actually worth.
alva-energie.deThe starting point
The audience is narrow: professional portfolio holders with five or more properties, housing associations, family offices, owners of industrial halls. Through classic channels they are expensive and slow to reach.
On top of that sits an explanation problem. People who postpone solar rarely do so out of disinterest, but because it is unclear who plans, who builds, who finances and who later handles billing and reporting. No banner ad answers that.
[PLACEHOLDER: what did Alva try before Kalasar — own campaigns, an agency, LinkedIn? And what tipped the decision to start in January 2026?]
Why Kalasar
The doubt was obvious: can owners of commercial property even be reached on Instagram and Facebook? Alva tested it instead of debating it — with a contained setup and clear minimum criteria for a qualified lead.
The second point was format. A solar project cannot be explained in a single image, but it can be told in a 30-second video from the perspective of an owner who had exactly the same questions.

What Kalasar took over
01
Two audiences, two separate campaign logics
Housing and commercial buy for different reasons — one for portfolio value, ESG and solar mandates, the other for lease income and electricity costs. Each gets its own messages, its own minimum criteria and its own ads.
02
Video ads told from the owner's perspective
Instead of product advertising, each video tells one concrete case — a logistics roof, a commercial campus with eight tenants, a production site with peak loads. Always the same arc: why it stalled, what Alva took over, what is different today.
03
A lead path that ends in the sales team's inbox
Leads run straight from the Meta form to the Alva sales team — by email and into a dedicated Slack channel, with no detour through another tool.
04
New hooks from the current market situation
Rising energy prices, solar mandates, new regulation: as soon as a topic creates pressure it becomes a tested ad hook, instead of letting one campaign run on unchanged.
The result
